Feeling like shit!!

I haven't watched what I eat (apart from seeing it go from my plate to my mouth) or exercised in over 5 weeks. I feel like shit!!! My skin is breaking out, I've got a couple of cold sores, bags under my eyes, my back hurts and I've had indigestion every day for the past 3 weeks.

I'm over feeling this way.

    you know what you need to do, and you know that you'll feel better as soon as you start. So you just have to do it.
    Go for a walk - you know you'll feel all virtuous and pleased with yourself for doing it!
    And make a date with your trainer.
    I know it's hard, but feeling like shit is harder.
